How payment works

  1. Jay creates invoice in Housecall Pro after job (includes parts, labor, membership credit if any)
  2. You get email from Jay's AC via Housecall Pro with subject "Invoice from Jay's AC" – contains secure View & Pay link
  3. Click link – hosted checkout, pay ACH or card, 24/7 access, receipt auto-emailed
  4. Link expired or didn't get email? Click Request Pay Link – Jay resends in HCP

When upgraded to HCP MAX, this page will list invoices via API: number, date, job, total, status, pay button. For now email-only flow (OWNER-H-02 confirmed).
